Upon arriving at the hotel, the rooms were spotless, well-stocked, and very comfortable, offering a welcome respite compared to sleeping in the car. The service was exceptionally nice and helpful, making multiple visits to assist us during our stay. The location was excellent, nestled in West Hills with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and a quick drive to UT and the UT medical center. The dining experience provided packaged muffins and granola bars next to coffee, a convenient snack option. Overall, a great stay with minor inconveniences.

The hotel gives you a mixed experience. Despite the rooms feeling like a studio apartment but with a musty smell, it was still better than sleeping in the car.
